Happy New Year! How many of you set up resolutions, only to break them within the first week of the new year? I am one of those people. But this year, I am making a concerted effort not to break this resolution. My daughter and I have been talking about losing weight. Both of us could stand to lose a few pounds. So, we decided to join the local gym and to count calories.
How I am unsure about Kelli (that's my daughter), but I plan on using Spark People to help me with my life style change. Its just like Weight Watchers, but better. Its free. Can't ask for anything better than that! I also plan on posting here on my blog at least 3 times a week. I am unsure whether you're interested in my weight loss, and I am not sure what direction I want this blog to go in, but these are baby steps, and as time goes by, I'll get it all figured out. BTW...I am totally open to suggestions.
I have totally revamped my blog here. And I am totally trying to figure blogger out as well. So bare with me, become a follower and lets start this adventure together shall we?
